At the age of 2, Taekwondo Dojang became my first kindergarten, giving me the taste of an exhilarating playground and a caring local community. Through the people that expanded and deepened my physical relationships with the world, I could navigate through the most challenging times, reignite the joy of living, and most importantly, realize I am worthy of care and love. I strive to create a society where people have access to inspiring experiences of being in touch with themselves and discovering never-ending possibilities, as well as complex contexts of life, through kind, loving, and daring interactions with one’s own body, other people, and nature. Empowered by FM, together with Yoonil and Sumin, we are developing the education of Body Communication in Korea.
